Wow, I'm 25!

So, today is my BIRTHDAY!!!! I cannot believe that I am 25...just doesn't seem right. I was thinking this morning that now when someone asks how old I am, I have to say 25 instead of 24 (hope I can remember). Thanks to everyone for sending b-day wishes my way...makes a girl feel special :)!

Okay, lots to update!

So, it's been a while. This may be a long post, so stick with me.

Well, to begin. I had one of the best weekends a couple of weeks ago in Starkville. It was so much fun to hang out with Nat and Casey and to just be back in a town that I love and miss.

We went bowling (which I am horrible at), played in the arcade, ate in the new and improved union, and watched some drama go down at the softball field. Overall, great weekend!!

Last weekend, Stephen and I went with Austin and Ashley to Rebel Lanes. I actually improved my game and scored a 98!!!! I was so proud!

On Friday of last week was DNA Day! We had a day long celebration of the Human Genome Project and the wonderful molecule it self. Here are a few pics from the day. It was so much fun.

This past weekend was spent in Tupelo at the ball field supporting the Nighthawks!! They were on fire...finishing 3rd (but should and could have won ;) ) I look forward to a new season for these guys.

Thank the good Lord above that it is Friday. I am looking forward to heading to Starkville for some softball (Go Bikehawks) and to hang out with Nat. Just got to make it till 2:15...

Glad to be grown...

Wow, I am so glad that I am no longer in high school. Why is it that girls are sooo mean? One of my students had gum thrown in her hair in the gym where the whole school was present. She was mortified and didn't know what to do. Audra and I spent an entire class period with peanut butter picking this gum out piece by piece. Just made me thankful for the friends that I had in school. Hope that I never acted like that!!!

Anyway, hope this week flies by!

Almost the weekend...

This has only been a four day week at school, but I am EXHAUSTED!!! And, it isn't over yet. Tomorrow, there will be a teacher talent show, and no I am not participating. The only talent I have right now is being able to stay on the eliptical machine for an hour at the gym. That probably wouldn't win me any prizes. Oh well, should be an interesting day to say the least.
